The Kipping Hand Stand Push Up

  1. Hands just outside shoulder-width
  2. Start with arms extended
  3. Descend until hand touches ground
  4. Elbows move forward during the decent 
  5. Hips and legs flex into a tucked position
  6. Hips and legs extend rapidly, then arms press out
  7. Abdominals remain braced
  8. Complete at full arm extension with a straight line of the body
