CrossFit Class

In a typical CrossFit class we will do a warm up followed by either a Skill, Strength (Squat/Deadlift/Presses) or Olympic lifting (Snatch/Clean & Jerk), then we move onto the fun part the Work Out of the Day (WOD for short) once everyone has finished the WOD then it is the cool down.

We train in small groups of 10so its like getting semi-personal training, competing against ourself trying to get better times, more reps completed, more weight lifted or just to better ourselves by learning a new movement.

Sweat Class

Sweat Class, all abilities welcome. Fitness and fat burning circuits. A mixture of exercises to get your body thinking!

Every Monday evenings between 7:30pm 8:30pm and Thursday evenings between 6:30pm 7:30pm. No membership is required, pay as you go! Only 5 per class!

Olympic Weightlifting

In the Barbell Club Its all about the Barbell

  • Come and learn the Snatch, Clean and Jerk
  • Squats Front, Back and Overhead
  • Deadlifts All variants i.e. Snatch grip deadlifts
  • Presses Shoulder, Push press
  • Jerks Push, Power & Split
  • Accessories movements to help technique.
  • Run by a BWL coach.


The Fundamentals Course is mandatory for people who wishes to get into CrossFit and will compromise of 6 x 1 hour classes starting on the 1st Monday of each month at 6:30pm Wednesday at 6:30pm and  Friday at 6:30pm for 2 weeks to learn the 9 fundamental movements plus more to prepare you to come to the CrossFit classes. The movements that you will learn are:

  • Overhead Squats
  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk
  • Deadlift
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Med Ball Clean
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Wall Ball

  • Clean

You will then get the rest of the month free unlimited class.
