CrossFit Class

In a typical CrossFit class we will do a warm up with mobility followed by working on Skills or Strength (Squat/Deadlift/Presses), then we move onto the fun part the Work Out of the Day (WOD for short) once everyone has finished the WOD then it is the cool down.

The classes are in small groups so its like getting semi-personal training, we are competing against ourself trying to get better times, more reps completed, more weight lifted.

Sweat Class

Sweat Class, all abilities welcome. Fitness and fat burning circuits. A mixture of exercises to get your body thinking!

Every Monday evenings between 7:30pm 8:30pm and Thursday evenings between 6:30pm 7:30pm. No membership is required, pay as you go! Only 5 per class!

Olympic Weightlifting

In the Barbell Club Its all about the Barbell

  • Come and learn the Snatch, Clean and Jerk
  • Squats Front, Back and Overhead
  • Deadlifts All variants i.e. Snatch grip deadlifts
  • Presses Shoulder, Push press
  • Jerks Push, Power & Split
  • Accessories movements to help technique.
  • Run by a BWL coach.

Fundamentals

The Fundamentals Course is mandatory for people who wishes to go into a CrossFit Class and will compromise of 3 x 1 hour one to one sessions to learn the 9 fundamental movements plus more to prepare you to come to the CrossFit classes. The movements that you will learn are:

  • Overhead Squats
  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk
  • Deadlift
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Med Ball Clean
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Wall Ball
  • Box Jumps

  • Snatch Balance
  • Snatch
  • Clean

You will get 30 days of free unlimited classes from the date of 1st booking.
