I’ve had over 10 years in the British Army and over 7 years as a Private Security Consultant in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan working for the US Government and British Embassy. Functional Fitness has been a key role in all his jobs since 1995. After being introduced to CrossFit, I’ve realised that this was the way ahead for fitness industry.
